Vibration Analysis -- Offered as a service in which programs are set up from “scratch” including establishing routes, data collection, data analysis, reporting of equipment condition, or as a supplement to your existing vibration / testing program. Certified Vibration Analysts.

Infrared Thermography -- Detection of “hot spots” in electrical and mechanical applications, boiler and furnace refractory voids, and other process applications upon request.
Certification: Level III

Passive Ultrasonic Listening -- An excellent supplement to infrared thermography in those applications where safety concerns prohibit the opening of high and medium voltage enclosures under load for infrared testing. Also has numerous mechanical applications such as air leaks, steam leaks, lubrication issues, and low speed sleeve bearings, etc.

Motor Circuit Evaluation -- An off-line test for motors that yields inductive balance, resistive balance, resistance and capacitance to ground as a trendable indicator of motor stator health. Also useful in diagnosis of faulty or broken rotor bars, eccentricity, and defective or deteriorating motor connections.

E-Max Motor Testing -- An on-line testing regime for electric motors that is extremely useful in assessing rotor condition in induction motors as tested under normal operating conditions. This is accomplished through spectral analysis at the first and fifth harmonics of line frequency. This testing also yields current imbalance expressed as a percentage under load, and impedance imbalance as a trendable measure of stator condition. Power quality assessment, including measures of total harmonic distortion and crest factor, is performed in those cases where voltage and current signals (PTs and CTs on any testing over 600 volts) are both available. This type of testing also offers the advantage of being non-intrusive to production operations.

Training / Consulting Services -- Offered in most RBM fields, including vibration analysis, laser alignment, motor current signature analysis, maintenance planning, reliability based maintenance program establishment / administration, and most other engineering / maintenance disciplines upon request.

Field Balancing -- Balancing of rotating equipment “in place”.

Oil Analysis -- Method of evaluating machine wear condition by examination and evaluation of particles separated from used lubricant samples (oil or grease).

Laser Alignment -- 10 to 100 times more accurate than conventional alignment methods and alignment accuracy is critical to equipment life.
